I have two long warm winter coats for when its freezing out.

I wear hose to work even in summer and I live in Texas so 100 degree days are not uncommon.
If I get a minor run, then I wear them with my pantsuits.
The most formal look is always going to be nude-for-you pantyhose plus a skirt suit.
